When I was regularly practicing and teaching Kundalini yoga, one of the most powerful relaxation techniques was long deep breathing. I still use it and recommend it to help you sleep, and generally chill. Inhale deeply for 8 seconds, hold and circulate the breath for 5 seconds and then slowly exhale for another 8 seconds. Continue for 1-3 minutes and your body will thank you. Sleep will come.
